Terms
We do request a deposit equal to 50% of the rental charge to confirm your booking.
This can be refunded if your booking is cancelled at least 14 days prior to the occupation date, however we prefer to reschedule your booking.
It is important that the Folly is cleaned and prepared properly between all tenancies, to ensure it is well presented when you arrive. Consquently, there is now a compulsory cleaning, which we will coordinate and book on your behalf, and for which there is an additional charge.
